Do you make resolutions for the new year or not?
if you do, do you keep up with it?

do you find it worth doing?

I don't do really "resolutions" i set up goals... but i do that even during the year. I believe you need goals/focus if you want to achieve anything in life.

well that's true, and it's not like i wouldn't do them but those resolutions don't seem to stick Crying or Very sad
